Looks like you two are having a great trip! Smart to go I-40 west and then back east on I-10. You’ll get to see some great sites/cities. We lived in Jackson MS area too (Brandon). We’ll hopefully make a visit to the gulf coast this year. Safe travels!
We lived in Jackson Ms. for two years, our youngest son was born there.. we hope to visit there on our way back.. I transferred with my job .. I managed the Aaron’s rental in South Jackson…..

We spent last winter in Bluffton / Hilton Head SC. the nosseum just about ate us to our death.. what parts of the Carolinas do you greet us from? @@travelingdeuces We live in Fort Mill, South Carolina. We are minutes from Charlotte. I don't know exactly what actives means, but we are both over 55. I love children, but when I want to relax and enjoy myself, I don't want to be around a bunch of noisy kids.
No kids here, just plenty to do if you please. Pool tables, arts and crafts, pickle ball, heated pool/ swimming, aerobics classes, volleyball.. there’s plenty of people here and they all mind their own business… so it’s nice and quiet as well
We will be in Hiawassee Ga this summer that is where we have our bbq booth at the fairgrounds… No plans for Hilton Head at this time How about you guys? Where are you currently?
