  • In episode #12 ‎Nonna Paolone takes you to her sister in law’s house to teach us how to make our family’s favorite condiment for pasta, Red Hot Chili Pepper Oil. The best Red Hot Chili Pepper Oil is HOMEMADE. Lucky for us, Nonna’s sister in law Nina Meffe Paolone makes the best in the WORLD. It is super easy to make and fiery hot that you will only need a few drops for your pasta. Watch to get the step by step instructions so you can share this dish with your family and friends. One important ingredient that both Nonna and Zia Paolone always adds to their recipes is cooking with their hearts. So, be sure when you make this you do it with all your heart. Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    - Red Hot Chili Peppers
    - 1 Cup of White Vinegar
    - 3 Cups of Water
    - Oil (use either Vegetable, Corn or Avacado Oil)
    - Mason Jars
When handling the Red Hot Chili Peppers it is very
important that you DO NOT touch your EYES, LIPS or FACE. You should also wear rubber gloves.
Also, before using let it sit in oil for at least 5 days. The longer it sits in the oil, the hotter it becomes. Keep refrigerated.
    - Nonna Paolone is brought to you by www.Hashatit.com and www.Hubpedia.com the social media search engine for #hashtags and much more.

Hi you guys! Thank you so much for this fun video! My husband and I watched this and we enjoyed it from beginning to end. In the beginning of spring I ordered Bequinho pepper seeds, since we ate at a restaurant where they had those peppers on a cheese platter and we liked it, so we decided to grow our own. However, when the plant started to make peppers, I could see that it is everything but and since we don't eat hot peppers, I did not know what to do with the Chili peppers. But now, since we followed your instructions we made four small jars just like you made and we love it! We almost always have it on the table at dinnertime. A friend of ours also asked for your video so she can make it. Thank you again for sharing and for being so cheerful. Have a blessed Christmas. We had to open our backdoor also and we had a good laugh about that.🤪 Would have liked to add a picture, but I don't know how.
