Another awesome track! I like how this song felt more laid-back, nice change of pace for sure. MIRI killed it with the rapping per usual, and Minami definitely has one of the best voices in the idol scene atm without question!

This might sound like I’m mocking em but I’m really not, when I say it’s impressive to hear such a clear “r” sound on that “era” from a Japanese artist. They even highlighted that section and it sounded pretty cool for a hook. Btw is this a similar setup like the Korean Dreamcatcher? An idol group style with a more Rock instrumental sound.
They were a few of idol groups with more rock-influenced sound produced/created after Babymetal's success. Before Dreamcatcher there was Pritz in Korea. In my opinion, Dreamcatcher sounds more pop compare to Wagamamarakia, that has an alternative rock/rap type of music.

Alternative Idols mostly do Pop Metal called Kawaii Metal and they are all Girls (there are no Boy Groups). Compared to normal idols they are quite free to do what they want to without special restrictions from their agencies. They can write and compose their songs too.
