I was in Korea as speaker at Bucheon International Comics Festival. Kim Jung Gi took my attention since the first moment I saw him drawing. He is perfect! A Winsor McCay reborn in Korea. I am glad to have bought his fantastic (and big) sketchbook with my caricature on it!
This video motivated me to kick my drawing it up a notch and practice more. I don't get why people discourage themselves. That's why you'll never get good. No excuses. Draw more.
Just goes to show what humans can accomplish when we commit ourselves to something we really love. He loves observing every experience in his life and he has been able to capture it in his memory and display it for the world to see.
He is in his 40s. Have you given enough passion that matches his 20 years of dedication? I just don't think a video should discourage your passion (it should be the other way around).

When I draw: 3 days sketching + 2 days inking = 1 character doing a pose.
