- Well here it is ladies and gentlemen. It took longer than I wanted, but it's finally done! I couldn't have done this without the help from two of my best friends. A lot of time was thrown into this and I truly hope that it was worth the wait. Let the adventure begin!

You know, as much as I find the writing in this story somewhere between "meh" and "blurgh", this was an absolutely fantastic rendition. You had me hooked as soon as I heard that first gunshot effect. Anyone who goes through the bother to add sound effects to their readings has my attention, at least enough to explore beyond a cursory glance.

Well, someone obviously submitted it to EQD. Seeing dramatic readings in the FO:E post caught my attention, and I thought I'd start with a story which I already recognized (not that I ever finished reading Pink Eyes on my own ¬_¬). Considering my opinion on the writing, I'll probably stick around to use your readings to finish the story (much like I've done with the Anthropology audio drama).
I enjoy dramatic readings/audio dramas, so if there's much other of the sort on your channel, I might subscribe after a bit of archive-diving (you'll forgive me if I don't subscribe to people until I'm sure I will like their content).

So far this arc of Fallout Equestria stories seems the least influential, but I just think it's the lighthearted nature of Puppy Smiles. I felt my Cuteness Detector break at The Glow when she answered the phone...
Hey! Production has been slow… I wasn't able to get two of the VA's I needed for their lines. But I'm going to roll with it anyway. I'v had a lot of stuff happen in the past week that's really gotten me out of the recording mood :( I'm working a lot now and I really want to get working on chapter 8 asap! I feel absolutely terrible for how long this is taking me; its not fair for you guys :( But I promise you it will get done this month!
Oh I'm not complaining! Don't get me wrong, I was just commenting that Pink Eyes isn't as dark as we have come to expect from Fallout Equestria. I mean in the original we have Xenith who was violated through eight flavors of hell all her life, in Project Horizons we have Blackjack returning to her stable to find everypony she knows... Well, I won't give out spoilers to those who loathe them. But you see my point. And by "least influential" I was referring to how little impact this story actually seems to make in the overall storyline of Faloout Equestria, which is something the author should have thought of, and has nothing to do with you who is just reading it to us.
Pink Eyes is just extremely light-hearted which is an interesting yet unexpected twist on the Equestrian Wasteland, and your reading of it is definitely on par with the best narrators I've seen. I'd put you on par with Crazed Rambling to be perfectly honest. Thanks for making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience so far, and as always...

If I ever get the time, could I have permission to use this audio and make a remastered "Radioplay" version of it? By that I mean using your audio above and adding SFX ambiance (like a small hiss for the pink cloud, some static for Mr. Voice's garble), some more instant-specific SFX (such as Puppy's house collapsing on her) and specially composed music etc. Would this be okay with you? If not, that's perfectly okay. :-)

I would like to inquire of upcoming chapters 9+. And if you did read the Intro for FoE: PE and the Afterword? I have the entire Fic. SuperStrider86 read thru this, but his voicing is a bit unnerving, possibly due to his mic and maybe his atmosphere/environment.

Princess Luna and Celestia put up a magical shield to stop it but then the shield fell. can't remember how the bomb spell got there in the story...but maybe it was snuck in.
That is explained in Fallout Equestria, it was sneaked into the treasury. It was a special mega spell designed to kill Celestia and Luna.

Maurice Marsh I do the narration and some side characters and whatnot, but the main characters like Puppy, Mr. Voice, and Henrietta are played by friends of mine. Puppy's gone through a few incarnations, with the current being my Fiancé, Sara.
