You should definitely watch the MAMA 2020 performance of this one. They went full ham on the drumline theme, flying cheerleaders and all. 😂 And the performance of Life Goes On in that one is imo the best one they've ever done. They even spent thousands to have a lifesize hologram-Suga on stage with them! 🤯 (He was recovering from shoulder surgery. 😢) Like, who else does that?!?

This was the song that made me an Army. I'm 42. I'm a late Army. I discovered the guys in May 2022. Army says that BTS comes to you when you most need them, and they are right! I had listened to a few songs back in 2018 (fire, silver spoon, DNA) I liked the songs, added them to my playlist but that was all. Last year, I was really struggling with a lot of family problems that seems to come one after the other and RUclips recommended me this song. It really clicked on me and became my moto. Now, if a problem arises, I whisper, "bring the pain on" and I find the strength to keep fighting.
Now I'm obsessed with the guys and that's why I enjoy your reactions so much. I'm still discovering things about them, I'm a baby army, but I love them all and I even discovered my bias (SUGA hehe).

I relate so much to your comment! I’m 53 yo and discovered BTS around March 2022, since I was already addicted to watching K-Dramas. It didn’t take long for me to become a full-blown ARMY and start a K-pop playlist consisting mostly of BTS songs. I have so much appreciated their music to continue my healing journey, keeping me from anxiety, overcoming Covid in December, AFib ablation surgery in January, and a broken ankle in February. BTS (along with Jesus) has helped me to stay calm and focused, and given me joy throughout all these setbacks. I love your attitude of “Bring the pain on”. This performance is epic and one of my favorites! 💜🔥

I'm a year older army. Found them in early 2021
I’m 43 years old and I’m from France. My first encounter with BTS was in 2018. I saw Mic Drop MV on TV. Their energy and the choreo get me. Suga left a mark on me. Then I saw Boy with love MV. I like the two song, added them in my playlist but nothing else. End of 2021, I saw by accident On Kinetic manifesto film and I was amazed and in shock. V and RM left a mark on me this time. I decided that I wanted to know who they are. The rabbit hole got me. My bias are V, Suga and Jimin. The other 4 are often bias wreckers. They are so endearing and talented.💜💜💜

@@DIMASWORLD The Grand Central train station in New York was filmed on the Jimmy Fallon show - which is one of the popular late night talk shows in the U.S. Jimmy Fallon is a big BTS fan and in fact just had Jimin on his show the other night singing one of his releases. The filming at the train show was particularly impressive as they had to do the whole taping within a very limited time and there was no space for screwups. You're doing a great job reacting and I think all of us can feel that you're authentic. Thank you!

Like any Army I've seen this a million times at least but watching it with you and with your insight into the choreography was like seeing it with a new appreciation and understanding of the dance moves. Plus you pointed out the part where they are moving in slow motion while V is dancing faster. I had never noticed that before. You get 5 extra bonus points for that.
It’s always amazing that they use a song this hype to open a 2.5 hour concert. Crazy fun.
they prob have to bc it’s so intricate and difficult… and putting it later in the show would make it even more difficult bc they’d be pretty tired and worn out by then. 🫰
When the video begins the young woman in the front middleis the choreographer of this video. She also did dionesis, run and jimins two songs set me free and like crazy. She did another bts song but I can't remeber which one.

This was my first MV that I watched from BTS during the pandemic, I have fallen in love with them and become an army eversince, never have I seen such a strong performance along with their poweful vocals and lyrics...I love all their choreography (ON, Fire, Danger, Dope and Blood, Sweat & Tears are my most favourites)

Think I remember reading somewhere that Jimin wanted to perform ON at the Grammy's last year to really show what they're capable of. They did an insane 🔥 performance of Butter which certainly showed why they are best in the industry though (despite members having next to zero practice time together due to a few of them getting COVID right before they flew over/when they were in the US!). Then they followed it up with some beautiful concerts with ARMYs 💜

Now that you're ARMY you'll see that BTS was in the background all along and you're just now ready to jump into the rabbit hole. ON is such a fighting song! It's VERY different from the Official Music Video. Same song - different vibe.

ON tells about a reflection of their career journey for 7 years traveling around the world in the Korean K-POP music scene, where they made their debut since 2013 ago.
While NO, contains about contains criticism of the education system which is certainly related to the condition of education in Korea.
The message in the ON BTS song is a sweet reflection of the single that was released in 2013, titled "NO", a Hip Hop song which was intended as an allusion to society, who demands children to always be the best children.
One of my favorite performances... impressive live in Grand Central Station, NewYork on Jimmy Fallon show. Fun fact: the dancer front and center at the start of the video is Sienna... she choreographed this at age 19 (I think). She also choreographed Jimin's "Set Me Free, pt 2" MV. I enjoyed your reaction as always... literally, you have the same reactions I had for all of these firsts!! Maybe it is the former dancer thing! 💜

Every time they perform this song, I'm absolutely captivated. I love watching this amazing choreo. The first lady they focused on is Sierra, the choreographer for this and for Jimin's "Set Me Free Pt. 2". She's really young and amazingly talented. (A lot of the video was shot with drones. There's a cool behind-the-scenes Bangtan Bomb video on the Bangtan TV RUclips channel.)
She also lead her group with jhope in his Looplooza concert last summer In Chicago

Jimin is the best dancer no doubt. And he is not afraid to live with that hardwork condition as he rrly loves dance.
For exp i thought jhope, the other main dancer in BTS will also make song with heavy choreo like Jimin's. He is great too, but maybe yeah doing hard choreo such a tiring job for an artist. Imagine how much time and effort you have to do for practices, stage performances, etc. While a lil freestyle can give you the same amount of hype.
But i put my hope with Jungkook. He is real performer too just like Jimin. I bet he will release album with amazing choreo too.
There aren't many 'dance reactors' for BTS, I enjoy your feedback. EXO Kai, Shinee Taemin, are amazing dancers also. However, Kpop in general have many top notch dancers that are finally reaching the West. Most Kpop groups have high calibre dancers. Since becoming ARMY, I have had the opportunity to appreciate various Kpop dancers and performances.
Yeah I will definitely be reacting to a lot more different groups in K-pop and Their dancing at the moment I’m just really enjoying all the content and actually learning about bts but I look forward to watching how other K-pop groups perform 🙏🏽😁
