Extract First, Middle & Last Names from a list of Names in Microsoft Excel by Latest Functions in #excel 365 | One more way is to do with Power Query!
First Name: =TEXTBEFORE(A2," ")
Middle Name: =IFNA(TEXTBEFORE(TEXTAFTER(A2, " "), " "),"")
Last Name: =TEXTAFTER(A2," ",-1)

Text after and Before function is not supported in my excel version.

These functions are available in Excel 365 version. If you don't have these functions then you need to make a combination of Traditional old functions like LEFT, MID, RIGHT, FIND, SEARCH and nest them together to get the solution
