Try to reconnect all the connection properly.
But on the computer it is detecting the board as Arduino UNO
Board is detecting due to the programming IC not due to bootloader.
Please recheck the all connection and then try again.

Check the connections and IC version.

Means you are uploading sketch to Arduino? If yes then check the com port otherwise it may be issue of boot-loader.
Will it work for stk500 sync error
And also my tx light is always on with power light.

There is connectivity issue or the IC Signature is different.

The IC you are using is not supported the Arduino bootloader. You need Atmega328P-PU IC
What can you do in this case?
You can use AVR studio for this IC

@@SMEDehradun i mean to say, i have only one arduino uno and i had tried so many times but code is not uploading its showing avrdude:ser_open():cant open device*\\com3.. Adevice attach to the system is not functioning
