Hi Sanam, thanks a lot for ur this recipe.i was also one of the viewers who requested it.woshing u and ur family a very happy, healthy and prosperous Diwali and new year.god bless u and keep up the good work.
Which blade did you use for this paste? Was it the milling blade or extractor blade? I see that you used a Nutribullet, which is what I have. This video was very helpful, thank you for this!!!
What sort of oil do you use? Olive? Sesame? Generic "vegetable oil?" Or do you use mustard oil? Lastly, if you use mustard oil. or if you just know so you can answer my question, even if you didn't use it in this? What mustard oils are best to buy and use? I've tried to look it up, and I guess mustard oil is not sold as a food product in the US, so I don't know much about varieties, how it should taste, what brands are best, or if the stuff sold can even be used in food, or if it has additives.
I try my best to buy ginger without that irritating hairy texture but even-then I see a lot in the paste, is there a way we could remove it from the paste?
+Lorette D'souza Yes there are strands in the ginger but I try grating in the opposite direction of the strands and then it gives me a paste without that strands but you have to grate with hands.
Thanks but I also found another way, if frozen ginger is grated there is absolutely no signs of the hairy strands all that we get is fluffy snow like grated ginger 😄
Thank you! In America, when we buy "pre-peeled" garlic - unfortunately most of it comes from "China". China uses contaminated water to grow their crops. FYI
just simply make the ginger garlic paste in grinder, put little water if needed. then take out the paste n add some oil in it n mix it with spoon, then take seprate ice cube tray n freez it until its gets frozed then take all out off the ice tray n put it in zip lock bag n keep in feerzer for months.no need to defrozed for using it, easy to use no change of colour n taste as well.....sorry for my poor english😂

I was also curious. What oil has been used. Sunflower? Grape seed?

Thanks for sharing, do you have to put the salt?
salt will prevent from going bad too fast! for preservation purposes i used salt.
Thank you! In America, when we buy "pre-peeled" garlic - unfortunately most of it comes from "China". China uses contaminated water to grow their crops. FYI
+houndjog I buy my Organic pre-peeled garlic bags at a store here called 'Cash 'n Carry'. Garlic is grown in California. FYI
Nancy KK Thank you Nancy - will have a look :)
houndjog most of it comes from California, Gilroy California.
So do I. China garlic is toxic.
