Hi Jason & Scott! As a starting entrepreneurs, this was so insightful for me. Finance is definitely something that both the salesperson and the tech person are going to do their best to ignore. It can also be daunting to hire a third party to for financial advice. But, I think that being financially aware of your company's current and future financial performance has to be a priority since day one.
