It's dry on the western side of the state where it's near New Mexico, but more green and humid as you head more to the major cities such as Dallas, Houston, and Austin.
Mään, watching this all the way in Finland. I've recently taken into using Texan accent whenever speaking English, she's the state closest to my heart. So comforting just to glance at her via your truck.
Being French, I love this video because I feel like traveling on an American road and discover this country where I never had the opportunity to go and arrive at a destination like here the congress austin. I hope to see others, my other wishes would be the same kind on Las Vegas or New York City. Continue, it's great.
C'est peut être la première chose que je ferais quand j'irais la bas. Aller conduire dans les desert du texas en plein lever de soleil, l'un de mes objectifs primaires. 🏜️
Is this terrible, NO! it's lovely. Thanks for do it, I really enjoy them. I put them up on my 42 inch tv and with them being around an hour. They make a really nice program to watch, just as if you were in the passenger seat.
I appreciate it! I think this has the potential to be a good series. To show the typical scenery of each state. 4 lane interstates may not be the best way to do that so I'm starting to research older scenic routes in certain states. Route 66 for example. Let me know if you have any other thoughts and thanks again!
That was my first thought. That this may be more relaxation than travel. I've thought a good bit on the concept of sunrise and sunset and why people love them. Its such a small portion of the day and the colors are change so quickly. The shortness of it makes it more valuable.
J Utah I agree. Dawn is almost like flipping to a new page or a new chapter in a book, making people wonder what’s coming next... Your channel inspired me to start my own RUclips channel by the way. I feel like I’m talking to a celebrity. 👋🏼😀
Thanks Conner! I like the idea of filming at sunrise. Everyone loves the colors of the sky during sunrise and sunset. Any other suggestions for what viewers might like from this type of video?
That's a very nice video. It seems so quiet and peaceful and isolated. Beautiful wide long distance vistas. It's the best time of day to drive west - it's the coolest time of a spring or summer day and the bright morning sun is behind you. Heading east, the early morning sun can be downright brutal to the eyes. The road looks so nice and smooth and in such good condition, making the drive even that much more pleasant. Texas has by far the best highways of all the states.
Beautiful landscapes and cities. I love riding and I'll certainly be riding all across my country mexico, but I'll live in Saltillo so whenever I feel like riding around texas or even across the US too I'll get there in half a day. First gotta finish high school and college though.
My gosh. This video gave me a fully relaxing for me. I could not drive without any music, radio or any other kind of sound on early morning driving. How can you possible?! I'm really respect you :D
This is beautiful, thanks for posting. No Country For Old Men did bring me to this video too. Imagine that, and i never even was in the US ;-) (But i will, somewhere in this life) The landscapes in the movie are a character of their own. Infinite, raw, dark and beautiful. Much greetings from Amsterdam, Holland and great you didn't put any (terrible) music too it, so one can hear Texas as well!
Absolutely do more of the scenic/national park drives. I often do my morning cardio workouts to these videos, and while the big city scenery is impressive, the Smokey Mountains National Park offering from a couple years ago is still probably my favorite of all of them. Great stuff.
Please more videos like this one, its not terrible at all. Also: "I am planning to film a number of National Parks so this was sort of a test." is music to my ears, thank you for listening to the feedback. greetings :)
Absolut nice and relaxing driving video - I very much appreciate that you did not talk or played any music - just the on location sound and Ambience. I love this kind of videos so much - I even began to create videos with my own moments, trying to preserve the moods for me and an audience. Take care and stay healthy.
Man... I miss doing road trips in Texas. One time we drove all the way down to Big Bend (starting in Fort Worth) and I think that was one of the best trips I ever went on.

Today i woke up at 5am and went for a walk, watching the sun coming up over our hills here in Schwarzwald. Now it´s 7am and i found this video, fits perfectly as an extended experience for a wonderful saturday morning :)
I always like to wonder to myself, “what was I doing at the time of this video being made? Where was I?” It bothers me sometimes. I live in the same time zone that Texas is in yet I live thousands of miles away in Manitoba. It’s freaky haha, and wow, Manitoba and Texas have very similar landscapes although Manitoba is much more flat ;)
I thought Texas was more dry but it looks pretty green. Nice video
The drive from Austin to Dallas is my favorite Texas drive. Rolling hills where you can see great distances. Its a beautiful state!
It's dry on the western side of the state where it's near New Mexico, but more green and humid as you head more to the major cities such as Dallas, Houston, and Austin.
What never ceases to amaze me is the grass is there is a lighter shade of green than what's on the east coast
Less than 10% of the state is dessert or dry
@@tygarner9142 Every state looks different. In Wyoming the grass is bright green and in Colorado it’s yellowish.
this is why i want to live in Texas USA, nice road and the scenery
You are always welcome here! Might I ask where you are from?
