I'd rather see a fb dive to Xavier Robinson 30 times than 1 jet sweep to Bauer Sharp

At least start Casey Thompson being it's senior day. If it's apparent early that he's ineffective, then you go with JA or MH.

There are reasons to keep BV, not one of them has to do with him being a good head coach. That’s where we are.

"BV is a DC galavanting as a HC". Well said Ryan.

Please stop saying Jackson has any 5 star potential

Even if jordan played , Jackson was not passing to anyone 😮 Jackson has already killed the careers of 4 coaches and probably some receivers whom he threw death balls to . He should never see an OU start ever

In my opinion, Brent is a good guy, a great defensive coordinator, but an average head coach. That's all.

Getting dominated in the third quarter goes back to coaching and not being able to make adjustments at halftime or during the game. Delay of game, personal foul and unsportsmanlike penalties should not happen if they are disciplined.

Excellent and constructive commentary on the current state of the Sooners football program under Brent Venables. However, I'm wondering why you both are setting the bar so low in terms of who BV should bring in as the new OC. What BV should do is bring in a OC with NFL experience to install a pro-style offense. Why not try to get Todd Monken from Baltimore, or Byron Leftwich (fmr OC at Tampa Bay and QB coach to Tom Brady), or Doug Nussmeier from Philadelphia (fmr OC at Alabama), or Eric Bienenmy (UCLA), or Mike Denbrock (Notre Dame). Why not bring in a true A-Lister OC ?? If BV is going to (realistically) build a championship team, he is going to need to surround himself with championship coaches.

Did BV get the dreaded “vote of confidence?” Or do they really mean they are fully behind BV?

How about Venables should have hired a qb coach for his young qb, how is that the fault of Arnold

Why can’t people create new content every podcast, wants to talk about BV and his buyout and I’m sure most of these people know a lot more about football than mr. Venables ann is coaching staff!!!
This has been a extraordinary year with the injuries not only at the receiver position. They’re also in the OL AND RUNNING BACK POSITION!!!
Mr. Venables. When he came to Oklahoma, made a statement that if NIL was your first priority that Oklahoma it’s probably not the school for you he is realize that has changed. !!!
However, what it did especially when they were trying to rebuild a terrible Defense they didn’t put enough resources into NIL the focus on the OL !!!
With that being said, for all you people who want to get rid of BV in the entire staff, what you don’t realize you have to pay people for the length of the contract and service!!!
Not only paying the old staff, but you have to pay the new staff and that’s just the beginning you have to pay all the analysts may be the sole mission doesn’t exist anymore. You have to pay them the medical staff, a training, staff, the recovery and nutritional staff, and many off and on field support people !!!
By your comments, do you really want most likely over 200 people to lose their jobs with no guarantee the next step will work out at a cost and most likely between 100 million and 150 million dollars. One decision will affect hundreds of people.
