As a wellbeing exercise, to promote Mental health week. I purchased a small Bramley apple tree and put it in a pot, I then took this to work and invited colleagues to pick or write something on a piece of paper they wanted to obtain or to remove from their lives, they then attached them to the tree. The tree was then taken to a secret garden where people with mental health problems attend each week and growing veg /flowers and find comradeship with others, to aid their mental health. The fruits from the tree were then taken to the food bank to feed those who were in need and thus improve their mental and physical wellbeing. So much love and life from one little tree/ Blessings.

Lovely to see another crafting video, especially with your sigil book. Well done to Lee for spraying paint whilst windy, I imagine it wasn't easy. A manifestation tree is such a brilliant idea. Yes please to a manifestation video. I had an achievement tree one year, all on A4 paper. I found a template online (a kid's website) for a bare tree and different shaped leaves. I wrote as many achievements as I could on one leaf, then repeated on the next leaf. I coloured the tree in brown, and used 4 colours for the leaves - I assigned a colour to a season e.g blue for winter, yellow for summer. This way I knew when I achieved those things. I reviewed the tree the following year at Mabon.
I love this idea! I’m in need of some manifestation right now (for our house move, which has taken over a year 😔), so I might try making a sigil for it. Thanks for another great video Beverley, blessings to you x

I used a lot of acrylic markers as well and I definitely agree with you that it's very useful
They feel like using felts which I love about them
