강원도 홍천에 있는 비발디파크 오션월드 투어(Vivaldi Park Ocean World Tour) 영상입니다.
상상을 초월한 규모와 시설은 물론 고대 이집트와 사막 속 오아시스를 모티브로 한 분위기는 정말 인상적이었어요.
축구장 넓이의 약 14배, 총 126,645㎡ 의 규모를 자랑하며
실내 아쿠아존을 포함하여 야외에 구성된 익스트림존, 다이나믹존, 메가슬라이드존으로 이루어져 있어
여름뿐만 아니라 사계절 내내 워터파크에서만 경험할 수 있는 즐거움을 만끽할 수 있을 것 같은 곳이었어요.
1박 2일의 짧은 일정이고 많은 탐방객들로 대기시간이 길어 즐길 수 있었던 어트렉션(Attractions)이 많지 않았지만 그것 만으로도 너무 좋았습니다.
특히 개인적으로 오션월드 대표 어트렉션이라 생각되는 익스트림존(Extreme Zone)의 서핑마운트(Surfing Mount)는 정말 최고였어요.
언제 나올지 모르는 거대한 8피트 V파도(8ft V-Wave)를 기다리는 긴장감과
대형파도를 이겨내려는 박진감을 함께 즐길 수 있었으며
파도풀(Wave Pool) 끝자락에서는 바다에서도 쉽게 볼 수 없는 멋진 파도와 눈 앞에 펼쳐진 장관은 지금도 눈에 선합니다.
또한 파도풀 끝자락에 위치한 인공섬 스파는 편안한 휴식과 멋진 전망을 제공하고 있어 좋았어요.

사막처럼 뜨거운 여름날의 무더위를 식혀 주는 오션월드(Ocean World)!
자연 환경을 최대한 보존하며 지어진 오션월드(Ocean World)는
고대 이집트(Ancient Egypt)와 '사막 속 오아시스(Oasis in Desert)'를 모티브로 만들어졌다고 합니다.
사계절 내내 다양한 어트렉션(Attractions)을 즐길 수 있고 짜릿한 즐거움을 느낄 수 있는 곳이라고 하네요.

피라미드(Pyramid), 스핑크스(Sphinx), 파라오(Pharaoh) 등 이집트의 숨결을 느낄 수 있는

오션월드의 전체 규모는 실내존 43,291㎡, 익스트림존 25,787㎡, 파도풀존 19,284㎡,
다이나믹존 31,242㎡, 메가슬라이드존 7,041㎡로 총 126,645㎡이며
이는 축구장 14배 넓이로 동시 수용 가능 인원은 2만 3천명이나 된다고 합니다.
