@@MigoRobotics I saw it. Congratulations on your achievement. However, your ad agency should be fired 😄. Your main differentiation and selling point are the first stair climbing vacuum cleaner simply get lost in the TVC. Looking forward to new videos.
Please spare me, I'm just the messenger from marketing team...lol. But seriously, there's a reason we've held back on releasing our 'most important' video. Our executive team decided to keep the key technical details under wraps until the launch of our marketing campaign this Wednesday. So, hang tight! Within the next 24-48 hours, all our videos, including more on stair climbing, will be ready for your eyes. Stay tuned!
How does it do with pet hair + long carpet? We have two huskies and we've tried multiple robot vacuums. Only the Shark Matrix has been able to handle the hair!
Hello! We're fully aware that many of Ascender's customers, including myself, are pet owners. My wife and I have a delightful golden retriever who sheds excessively every spring! To cater to homes like ours, besides the mighty 9700pa suction power, we offer two types of roller brushes: the bristle brush excels at deep cleaning carpets, while the rubber brush is ideal for managing tangled hair and threads. Moreover, the omni-directional wheels, rear wheels, roller brush, and side brushes are all designed to be easily disassembled, ensuring Ascender remains as convenient as possible for you. Rest easy knowing Ascender is here to make your life easier, not harder.
I'm confused/concerned. I backed this on kickstarter a month ago. Now it's been canceled, the funding level was exceeded, but it's still been canceled and "to be refunded ". BUT it'll be up to 2 weeks for the refund. So you've had my money for 6 weeks. Do I get it back with interest? Considering I've already had to pay it on my credit card????? Very disappointing
There are different types of corners, such as the area under a chair, the narrow space behind a door, etc. But you are still right, we already removed the "corner" words from our recent advertisement materials.
It can't be a cleaning lady. Honestly I took a leap and ordered one. Considering I have a roborock s7 ultra, I could have just bought another one. But the owner is a good tech guy, at least I saw on reddit and they deserve a try. If he does not scam us, he will be big in the robot industry :)
How about an attached mini-helicopter that uses AI to dust off shelves, desks, tables, etc! Let's go!
Still just 3D renders. Why don't you show us real video of the robot in action? It's a red flag to me.
can you check our TVC? The dedicated video for stair climbing is being processed and will be uploaded latery today.
@@MigoRobotics Which TVC? If you mean this video, then it is clearly CGI, not real world. Am I missing something?
Please go to our RUclips Channel page and check the video with the name "The Story of Ascender ..."

How will this handle open stairs? Will the edge detection prevent it from falling through them?
Disregard, I just saw the stair test video. Looks good!

How do I get one
So the kickstarter is expected to start in February - any idea on when shipping will begin?
We're targeting to have Ascender shipped out to our backers by the end of the second quarter.

It look like it cannot go in the stair corner because of the machine leg and the little turning brush are not long enough to capture the dust or durt
You can check the details on Kickstarter, and the link is in the video description below.
Next they'll be climbing walls
Já estão subindo!!!
So he can’t clean corner, because of his wheel. Why it said 100% edge and corner if he can’t do corner?

👍✨❤
Am I the only one who imagines these things attacking us in the future? Like those robot dogs from "Black Mirror."
Hahaha, Ascender is quite adorable, isn't it?
