From what I've heard I don't get the sense that Johnson thinks he is difficult to work with, it seems like the kind of thing that if folks had a grievance his response would like be, "what's the big deal?" and not intentionally being a problem, just not aware that others are bothered. We've all had coworkers that you can tell don't mean offense but are just sometimes difficult. It seems much more like that than a situation of Johnson just being a jerk.

I’ve personally like some of the movies The Rock is in, but I don’t like him as the person he appears to be.
Like Tyrone said, we don’t know him personally. So we don’t have the full picture. But, I do believe he deserves to be humbled a bit, at least his Hollywood persona does.
