DIY Fringe Infinity Scarf (No-Sew!) Make a Scarf from an Old Top or T-Shirt

I get so many compliments whenever I wear my fringe scarf out. People always ask me where I got it and they are always super surprised when I tell them I made it! The great thing about this project is that it's really easy to make, and there is no sewing involved. All you need for this DIY is a t-shirt or top, made out of a stretchy material (or something like cotton) and some scissors.
If you have an old top lying around, you don't like it or it doesn't fit, but you still like the pattern, you can use this simple t-shirt tutorial to recycle your old clothes and make something beautiful. I love tutorials that save you money and turn something old into something new. It's super easy to make!
