I might have solved Block City. It's actually Rage's Imagination after he got into the hospital (it's a normal hospital but he imagined it being a horrible place) and he misses his family so much, he had to Imagine them spending time together.

@Diptanshu singh I made up the Idea and posted it right away. The Imagination part makes sense, but I threw the rest on while making the comment so be quiet.
I got an idea next time if you come across Blake, Jim or some other bad people again, when you do a new episode of block labs tell doctor panic that your gonna take one of the Things he wanted to show you with you back home and if you see them once again you can warn them or stop them once and for all
