Oh dang, this is me all the way through. And right before I listened to this I asked for a raise, which I’ve never been able to do before (and I’m 47 years old). Definitely rooted in poor self-esteem/self-worth, which I’ve been working really hard on for a while now. I’m well past the place of wanting to quit, but this felt like a test for a bigger opportunity that hadn’t arrived yet, where I’ll need to stand even firmer & louder. I also just had a surgery so the rest, rejuvenation & reset message is also resonating. So I spoke up (throat chakra bit) & now I can let it go & move onto something better.
