A day with plant manager Frank Scholtka

An offshore wind farm needs to operate securely and efficiently - that’s what our plant manager Frank Scholtka is in charge of. He is responsible for our newest wind farm, Arkona, on the island of Rügen. We got to have a look behind the scenes at the base there and to show what a typical working day looks like, exactly which digital projects his team at Arkona has already realised, and how the weather can be a real challenge sometimes!
