That 1410 3800kv motor got to be a bit toasty in that thing, It had heat issues on my 2wd slash geared 16/90 on 80F days. I ended up going back to the VXL setup, it was a bit cooler.
I don't mind painting but i only use a spray can and have only painted one body. So to soon to tell. But as my channel grows i hope to get more rc's and customize them more and more, So this body might come in handy!! Love the content man, Appreciate all the hard work you put into these videos!
I have those body posts on my tmaxx! One of the best upgrades in my opinion!! No more losing body clips! I absolutely recommend those pro-line body posts
@@rcdriver You're a regular person who loves RC just like us. Makes it more relatable to when we would get any of the trucks in your videos and actually take them out for a spin! Awesome content man. Keep it up! I got a Mojave after watching your take on it and how much fun you had.
Great video as ever. Me and my son have been following your channel for a long time. We recently started our own channel called Bradypat RC. Thanks for the inspiration, we've learnt a lot from you 👍👊
Any issues with the center diff, just put one in my Traxxas Slash 4x4 and it melted in 10 mins on just a 2s battery, how do you run one without melting it?
Bought two trucks finally ready to rebuild them do you have any recommendations on where I can find a full screw set for t-maxx 3.3 and an s-maxx as well as were I may be able to buy manuals with part numbers been a few years since I've been in the hoppy so I'm trying to relearn everything and any thoughts on fast eddy bearings thank you
You need to go back to that track with a helicopter and sort those hornets out with it :) Really cool video and I like the body and its cool you have access to the bmx track, they will not allow that were I live
Those things were nasty lol! I’m respectful of the track since I used to help maintain it and never drive when there are riders so I never run into any issues. Bummer you can’t use your local track.
I have a question . I have a Traxxas rustler with a Titan 12 turn motor and the Traxxas xl-5 . It came with a battery ( Traxxas nimh power cell 3000 mha ) the battery is getting insanely hot during charging . I let it cool before use and after use it's again insanely hot and melting the plastic shrink wrap . Is this normal ?
There were a ton of massive hornet-like bugs burrowing into the jumps on the far side of the track! They were not happy when I drove the truck there. Guess that’s just part if 2020 🤣
@@rcdriver i know those murder hornets have invaded Washington State. Not sure where youre at, but yea better to stay away from any Hornets imo lol. Those murder hornets attack in packs
Protoform has a body mounting magnet set to help. Or the cheap route is to put small dots of oil on top of the body posts and carefully lower the body down onto the mounts while aligning it by eye.
Not sure if exactly what they were but they were massive and hornet-like. The track had a BMX race the night before. I’m guessing they are aware of it.
This body fits perfect on my Proline Pro2 SC. Just perfect.
Cool! Just bought this body to match with my UDR Heatwave as well!!!
Badass body. I hope they make an F-100 body for crawlers too
Just got this for my Arrma senton and it looks like the real thing! 💯
Great looking build Greg👍👍 Love how the truck sails on those jumps!
I like it too! Nice jumping too.
Love the body shell
Man, that body looks just so awesome. 👍
Agreed!! 😎
I have a real Ford f100 I love it.
You can Always do great projects with a slash.
Looks great!
Love your videos mate I have learnt so much about Rc watching you Keep up the videos 👍🏼
You got a name for the build. Murder Hornet.
That's a nice RC you built there .
Awesome body I just wish proline would cut all their decals...most other companies are cutting them nowadays. Thanks for the video Greg
What a beautifull body!!!. I wonder will it fit my Losi strike?
On my slash’s I adjust body mounts with thin slabs of foam under the stock mount, between the shock towers and and posts, just use longer screws
Great tip!
Wow thanks for sharing this great information. I gotta get a body by proline.✌️
keep up the good videos
I just got one of these bodies at my local hobby shop they are awesome
I know right!! The first crash hurt lol
Hello from Germany.
Nice video.
Can you tell me what size tires you put on that car?
Thanks for answering.
You said 3s didn't you? That 3800 castle didn't overheat on ya?

Did you cut the proline body mounts so they didn’t interfere with the suspension? Thanks great videos!
Awesome vid that body looks really cool fair play. Would that fit a Arrma senton truck.
yeah i liked my rustler but never used my slash so i made the slash into a long chassis rustler. Its da bomb.
I like it I need a new body for my slash and not much of a painter
Nice driving..I run my sct on Astro turf track..
Nice! Turf is a blast!
Rpm bumper sticks out farther, good option for that problem
What Paint are you using? My bodies fall apart before the paint rubbs off.
One of the best RC drivers I've seen online! lol. But seriously, you got awesome bashing skills sir!
Thanks! That was me just blasting around having fun to see what and how the body would handle. 👍
RC Adventures have you ever seen a professional buggy race video? If you think this guy is good, that will blow your mind
@@martin3288 I need to now! haha. Yea i bet that is intense.

Truck looks and runs great!!
🤘🏼🤘🏼
Nice build Greg what esc and motor combo do you have?
Does this fit the axial yeti score?

Awesome to hear! Have a great time with your channel!!
Can you use this body with the clipless b2ls system
I was hoping you would stir up the hornet nest and get video of it.
I wanted to grab some closeups with the GoPro on the boom pole, but those things were nasty and chased me lol
How to do attach the wings on the side the reason I ask is they gave you two bolts
Will the body work on a traxxas slayer pro 4x4?
Bring the drag slash project back with some aero mods to keep it on the ground.
Look on the bench in the background in the beginning... teaser😉
I wish they had more body options for the Baja Rey
Any issues with the center diff, just put one in my Traxxas Slash 4x4 and it melted in 10 mins on just a 2s battery, how do you run one without melting it?
Looks like they have a 67 coming awesome body I have a 68 full scale lol. I see a 67 in my future great video!
🙄 must be nice to have enough spare parts to build a Slash from 😂 nice video I need to run my monster Slash way more often
I’m an RC hoarder. It was years and years and years of collecting parts. 😁
Will it fit a Slayer pro if you cut a hole for the engine.
Amazing body! BTW, what's the name of the tool used to drill the holes??
Reamer. Must have tool if you ever plan on swapping bodies.
@@rcdriver thanks a lot, drill bits wouldn't do the job just right
Is it easy to cut out holes for nitro ez start?

Also should mention both trucks are nitros

And thats the problem as some would just bash it up and not repair it.. I do have an RC racing club in town so I need to join that when I can
You should do an e revo 2.0 upgrade project
Does this fit to a HPI Blitz?
What would be the best shocks to put on a emaxx
Will it fit on a senton 3s?

I just bought this. I'm doing away with the heatwave livery and using a rockstar livery I found online!
Quick question.. where was the esc? 😂
New videos coming soon!!?
Does it work on arrma senton 6s blx
nice video! Murder Hornets, here already? stay away stay away lol

body has less wind resistance with it pulled over front bumper.
What's the best way to drill holes in a prepainted rc body for body posts?
Protoform has a body mounting magnet set to help. Or the cheap route is to put small dots of oil on top of the body posts and carefully lower the body down onto the mounts while aligning it by eye.
RCDriver_Online ok thanks
Hi. Can I fit that body on a team A short course? Thanks.
I seen they make one for the udr too, I'm wondering if it would work on my Mojave? Anyone know by chance?
What are the tire specs please
Still a short course truck. Cant call it a trophy truck without a solid rear axle
Hi keep things up like this and 1st comment!
😎
Think there's a number you can call if you spot a nest of murder hornets
Not sure if exactly what they were but they were massive and hornet-like. The track had a BMX race the night before. I’m guessing they are aware of it.
RCDriver_Online better safe than sorry.
I wish they made a body like the hudson hornet to build some of the Disney cars to rc cars
I really dont like that bumper problem... You already got it super low, it shouldnt do that...
What the hell is a murder Hornet hahaha sounds horrible.
It was a crazy sight. And they chased me. After being stung by two bees earlier this week, I wasn’t going in for any closeup shots lol!
Would this look weird ones. Crawler.
only want the decals, and not the body
Too bad it's a Ford, make a Chevy.
WOULD THAT BODIE FIT THE 2xwd drive FORD RAPTOR SLASH. OR DO YOU NO AND DIRECT FIT BODIES FOR IT
What BODIE posts are they🎃
