Hi, I haven't played the game since I uploaded this video, so I'm not sure if there were new patches. But yes, you need to change your lot to Residential Rental for it to work. 😊

I'm pretty sure they CTRL Z the finished build, while changing where the camera is sometimes. Show the footage in reverse with some effects.
I think they actually go backwards, deleting the build slowly

Omg a 50x50 lot. I cannot. 😅 I rarely build big houses/community lots. It really drains me big time. So I only focus on cozy tiny/small houses. 🙂
