Yup you're right. With passives that need a certain amount of ki it checks for that when you attack. That's also why active skills that are attacks can activate passive requirements that need ki. PHY LR Ultimate Gohan gets attacks effective against all types at 24 ki and his active skill will activate that
Any other better unit, there are no more Buu Saga Gokus worth running past the main 3 on the team. Except, MAYBE you could get away with LR SSJ3 in Gogeta and Janemba fights, since he has an Attack Break and those two bosses attack so few times.
@@ToonRami Teq ssj3 gotenks has the same wording in his passive not sure how people could confuse it at all, if you and I could get that easily I’m not sure why others are having issue. Even if you fumbled the 18ki line, you at least respond to the comments and actually look at what people are saying , so you would probably update your comment you usually pin with the correction
I'm not 100 percent certain on this, but if I'm reading the passive right I'm pretty sure the defense buff Vegeta gives is when he is in slot 3. I believe it functions like TEQ Yajirobe where he has to be last to obtain ki spheres. AKA: "After all allies attacking in the same turn have obtained a Ki Sphere"
If it were that way I think they would have worded it the same as with yajirobe "when this character is the 3rd character to obtain ki spheres" The wording from vegeta just means that it activates after everyone has collected their ki
