    Sorry about the bag, especially since you paid full price. Seems returned bags are sent out to online purchases just to get them out of stock, with the company hoping that the customer will just accept.

      Hi Sandra...My husband said the exact same thing when the company and all it's boutiques started removing all the packing from all the bags. My husband said that is because the customer would not be able to tell if it is a new bag or a return. I am so done! Time to start looking at other companies.     Yep I’ve definitely done that before. I sold my very first DOONEY bag and I regret it to this day. That’s so good that you were able to purchase it again but you should definitely exchange it. They clearly didn’t quality check it before sending it to you. Thanks for sharing.

      Hi Mo..This was very disappointing. I don't want a replacement. I am done.They didn't offer any discount. I am glad because I walked away and they know they lost a sale. I am planning to add other brands to my collection too. If I buy a Coach I will get it from a store where I can pick it out or buy from a department store..Thank you so much for watching.     Oh man🙁 I’m sorry. That’s such a bummer. I wouldn’t keep that bag unless they sent me the missing hangtag. I had a coworker who had foot surgery and she wore brooks sneakers. She said they were very comfortable. Stay safe🌺

    LoL at that dust bag! Another episode of crazy unboxings at Ilene's!! I wouldn't keep that bag without some type of discount, it looks like a return bag for sure, although if it's no longer available then maybe you can make a go of it, it's not THAT bad, just not good enough.
    I miss the good ol days too...can you believe inslee extended this for another month! I'm beginning to wonder if we'll even have a chance to show off our summer bags this year so it's a good thing I couldn't find anything I like.
    I hope you and your family are well too. We're doing good, just tired of this quarantine, everything is an ordeal now, just getting a prescription filled has taken me all week :(
    PS I'm still laughing at that dust bag!

      🤣 Just another unboxing as usual...Coach's retail website is now selling all their 1941 duffles for $199. I paid $315 for this one..I am so glad I didn't keep it. The leather was so thin. I was very disappointed. Definitely not good enough. I'm not going to repurchase it. I am mad at the brand. Thanks for watching my friend

    I’m so sorry you are disappointed! That dust bag is ridiculous. I know how you feel. If I’ve learned anything about my self, it is if I don’t love it immediately, I probably never will.       Hi! Thank you! I immediately called customer service after filming the video. They didn't offer a discount or a coupon..not even to reimburse me for the $17.50 I spent to expedite this order. They would have sent another in it's place but they could not guarantee the next bag would not be equally defective. They have no control over what takes place in the warehouse/shipping department. If I see it available again on the outlet site I will try to order it again. The bag in this video was double the price of the outlet bag and not nearly as nice.       Bag Hound Coach.com has the duffle bag on sale for 199.00 for Mother’s day. Maybe you could get a price adjustment or take another chance with a new bag? Good luck to you!

    Coach sends return bags back out to customers a lot of times. It was great your bag came in a box as I have received on line purchases from the Coach retail store without the box or nice packaging. If you like the bag keep it.

      Hi..When I saw the box I knew it was not in manufacturer's packaging. I was immediately disappointed but hopeful. Then I saw the condition of the bag, the small dust bag..and after the video I realized there was no 1941 hangtag. I paid $360 for the bag which is double the price it was on the outlet site. I immediately called customer service. She said she would send another one out to me but I declined. I am done! Thank you so much for watching. Stay safe 💗

    Hello Bag Hound and happy Tuesday! I like your tennis shoes, I just ordered a pair of Hoka One tennis shoes and hoping I like the and comfort. I always love the gift box you always get, but yes that bag is too small for that size bag. I would return too if not satisfied. These companies are not worrying about shipping quality just quantity sold (money). I’ll be doing a video soon on a couple of Coach Outlet items I bought too I’ve been eyeing. But mine didn’t come in a gift box, but was wrapped good. However I received at work so I threw the box away but not in trash yet. I didn’t see any visual problems. The only thing I didn’t like is both pieces are not good quality leather I feel like. Yes credit or send a new bag just like it.🙂. Glad you and hubby are doing well. We are doing well and trying to keep it that way.❤️🙏🏽😷

    I know! I just received from the website Dooney and Bourke my pink cupcake bag and it was just tossed in the box folded with no stuffing and no dust bag and now I'm trying to get the crease mark out if the bag so dissatisfied with that. you pay all that money for a bag and it comes in the mail like that 😭😭 .     Sorry your bag had all those issues. I think Coach has some really beautiful leather bags
    but I rarely purchase anything because I hate their customer service (in store and on line) and the fact that they reship returned bags drives me crazy. Hope you get an acceptable resolution. 😘🙂

    I Just Received A Bag From Coach In The Same Condition ~ It Was Not Wrapped Properly Just Wrapped In Plastic And Thrown In The Box ~ No Tags❗❗😡😡
    Definitely A Return ~ I Want To Return It But They No Longer Have This Bag On Site~ I Emailed A Complaint And Got A Rapid Response ❣❣❣
    They Did Say They Were Extending Their Returns An Extra 30 Days After Stores Reopen This Is What I Was Told~
    Not Sure What To Do At This Point⁉️

However, you can return the bag by UPS or USPS if you want your money back sooner. My state is probably going to be the last to reopen.     Make sure if you order don’t select gift wrapping. Hopefully then it’ll come in original packaging. That’s also probably why they removed the price portion from the tag, b/c it was gift wrapped.

      Hi Wiliam..I didn't select gift wrap. I never do. As soon as I saw it was in a box I braced myself because I know they do that when there is no packaging for that particular bag. And they could not place the bag in the dust bag either, It was definitely a return. There was no originals packaging inside the bag at all.     Ilene it looks like whoever returned this bag kept the tag and larger dust bag! There are all kinds of horrible people out there and coach should be checking everything properly if they are sending it out to a customer. Coach has always told me that they don’t resell returned bags, they destroy them, but that does not appear to be true. Please try my idea! Before selling a bag, put it out of sight, away in a closet for a few weeks! After a few weeks, even months, you will know if you really really want to sell it or keep it! I have pulled one of out of my closet a week later and thought thank goodness I still have it and didn’t sell it!

    Oof good luck with the exchange/getting through to CS. I returned something to Nordstrom and have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks. I'm so sorry they sent you a bag without the right dustbag and paperwork!

    Oh noo..I’m so sorry you had this experience, especially from the actual online Coach store. I’ve gotten a few questionable bags from the outlet but overlook it because it’s the outlet store. If you can’t exchange it, they most certainly should refund some of your money. I’d be disappointed too 😩. I just ordered a Charlie bucket bag from Coach a few days ago and hope I don’t run into any snags. Good luck!

    Working in retail I can honestly tell you I’m surprised at the stuff we are allowed to ship to people. Returns that were clearly worn, box is damaged with no paper, scuffed or scratched up items and people are paying full price, no coupons, and the company doesn’t care either as long as you meet the numbers. Btw this happened at more than one retail job. Exactly why I don’t like buying things online because I see the behind the scenes

So they send items sub par or worse and then prohibit customers from returning items if they have too many returns in their purchase history!!       Bag Hound no problem. I always try to warn customers about ordering things online because it’s always a good chance you’ll get something that was returned or tried on. A lot of companies are downsizing or completely getting rid of warehouses to cut costs so they have the employees that work in the stores ship items from the actual store not a warehouse like most people think.

    Definitely a returned bag. So disappointing. It’s a beautiful bag. If you aren’t happy with it I would try to get a replacement or discount.

    I think you need a cooling off period during Covid 19 on selling bags. I cringed when you said you were selling your Rogue and Page bags. Now the duffle and paying more to replace it. I've done that before. I finally put my Clarkson away to try the Page 27 in Oxblood. I absolutely love it so far. I'm surprised how much it holds and it is staying on my shoulder. I seem to have a dent on my shoulder that holds it in place. My side hardware is not catching like yours did. We will see what happens when I try the black one that is still factory wrapped. The Oxblood was an obvious return when I received it, but good enough to keep at the discount price.
    When paying full price you should never get a returned bag. That is just wrong!!! For Coach Reserve items I wait until it is 60% off since they are fussy about price adjustments now. Nice slippers and shoes by the way. Thanks for sharing!!

      Hi Carilyn..You are 100% right. I have sold everything I was hoping to sell. I am so glad the Page 27 worked for you. My shoulders must be a slippery slope. I hated to give that bag up but It immediately slipped off every time I tried..and I tried on different material. I rarely buy on the outlet.       @@BagHound I think if it always came off of my shoulders I would sell it too. Now I only buy Coach Reserve items from Outlet Online. Don't mind SLG's .or keychains/charms from outlets...really though my collection is now complete. I need to now sell at least half of my collection that I don't use. I used to buy big bags and have a lot of them...downsized.

      Hi, They didn't replace it. They would have but it required sending it back to them and then waiting for them to process the exchange and then ship another duffle back to me. They did offer though. The regular size duffles turned out to be too heavy for me when I put my things it it. The hardware is real heavy but it is gorgeous. Thank you so much for watching.     Hi… My sweet friend💞 I was nervous when you started this video...that it was the bag that you sold me, that you were missing so much. I cannot believe that this happened! I think you should call corporate. I think I’m going to call corporate myself on my bag. The one that I sent you the pictures of. It sure is disappointing… Because I love Coach bags...when you get one in good condition...... not a return!! It really is sad. Don’t they understand that we can spend our money anywhere we want. We do not have to spend it at Coach!! And I’m getting tired of spending it and having to do return after return after return.... exchange after exchange after exchange. I love nothing moire than to take a drive and listen to my favorite music. I enjoy my music most while driving. I can see why you thought I was referring to your bag. I think it would be a good thing for you to let Corporate see the bag you were sent. That is disrespect for the customer. I have never seen a new bag in such horrible condition. The customer service rep I spoke with wanted to replace the bag in this video. I said no but when Ebates/Rakuten offered 15% yesterday and today I decided to try one more time. The bag in this video was a retail bag and has the same style number as this bag sold at the Coach Outlet.It seems like the retail store was supplying the outlet and selling the bag on retail at the same time. I clearly received a bag that should have been sold through the outlet at half the price. So I am trying just one more time. I hope you are feeling well and doing well. Take good care my dear friend.     Having been on shutdown Coach has evaluated stores productivity & may shut several down. As Tapestry in general was not doing as well as expected.

    I bought a reversible tote from coach and it didn’t come with a dust bag. I’m not sure if they come with one? But the two coach purses that I have gotten before came with dust bags

      Hi Carla..If you bought the reversible tote at the outlet then the dust bag does not come with the bag. I bought this duffle at the retail site.       Bag Hound oh ok thank you. Yes, it was the outlet and my others were from the store. I thought the outlet would give dust bags too but it’s ok. I also bought the prairie satchel from coach outlet. It’s a bit small. I have not used it yet.

    Omg I have the real uggs but they’re chest nut lol 😂 you need to try the shoe the hoka bondi 6. It’s the most comfortable shoe I e ever worn. My moms hs two pairs and I have a pair. Her podiatrist recommended them. They have a meta rocker. My aunt and uncle gave me $100 to amazon. I ordered the Nike Pegasus 36 in an ocean blue for my birthday. I’m sorry about your bag that is such a disappointment

    What a disappointment!. I'm so annoyed that Coach still has such lazy quality assurance on bags going out. I've only had 2 bags purchased from the online outlet packaged and received new as expected; 95% of my Coach collection was purchased from other retailers as a result... I just ordered the Pillow Madison from the black Friday sale and it was packaged in a too small box, tags cut, no dust bag, pillow hangtag missing, scratches and dents in the leather and chipped hardware. Clearly an abused floor model or well used return. I think we all realize things can happen every once in awhile but the frequency of this is really unacceptable. I don't feel that Coach has respect for their customer's time.

      @@BagHound Are you looking at the Basin style? Its slouchy with the x's on the single shoulder strap. Matte is just the shiny vintage style that's not so shiny and velvet is a deliciously soft finish. I love the feel of the velvety Basin bag. It's got that 70's "hip" vibe that suits me.

    How disappointing! 😞 It's a shame that for the price you're paying you get a bag in such condition. I hate that the leather pull is all wonky, no protection provided for it. The dustbag is a joke. Pretty sure the previous buyer kept the original dustbag and returned a smaller one. I don't understand why people don't return all the items that came with the original bag, like the hangtag too???🤷‍♀️ I think you should exchange it or at least get a nice discount on this bag. I guess you live and learn. As I mentioned before, I think the warehouses that process the returns aren't as diligent about bags since they're probably third party companies processing returns for multiple companies. A bag is just a bag, and many times it's a judgement call on the acceptable condition of the bag. I hope things work out for you my friend. Stay safe my friend and I hope we can get back to some normalcy sooner than later. 😊

      Hi..Thank you! It was so disappointing. Hubby returned the bag as soon as I finished filming this video. It was an hour round trip to UPS and back. Customer Service did not offer a discount. I would not have wanted the bag without the hand tag and dust bag anyway. The leather was much thinner too. I am so done! I do not want to place another online order with them. I hope to expand to other brands if I can find something I like. My husband wants me to write a letter to corporate and send the links to all the bad unboxings, and there were many, I have filmed on RUclips. I think it will be a while before things are back to normal for you and me. My useless governor said yesterday that there is a pack with WA, CA and OR. Inslee said there is a long way to go before even considering things opening up 😥 This is taking a toll on the country and on us personally. I hope you are doing well and hanging in there.       Yes, it is similar to Abbey but it is a 1941. This very bag was in the outlet for $180. This one was $450 on the retail site. That is where I bought it but I got 30% off bringing it to $315 plus tax and expedited shipping = $367. I am so done! 😡
