Fun Fact: Araki (the author of the original manga) originally wanted Hol Horse joining the Startdust Crusaders, but desestimated the idea after thinking Horse and Polnareff's personalities were too similar. In fact, there is an original art in which Horse appears with Jotaro and Company.

In my opinion Hol Horse is one of the best characters in JoJo.
