I always heard it as "Miss Clay from the corner has just walked in" and I still think that's right.
I believe that the chorus is about going to a whore house, the so mentioned "house of fun" but the verses is our protagonist trying to buy some condoms without people noticing for say Whore house.
Ruined this tune by putting a terrible song by the "Ting Tings" immediately afterward. "Ting Tings" has got to be one of the worst group names in history, stupid...
