Thank you so much for this explanation and tutorial! I've known for a while that I've needed to do some shadow work, but I've been subconsciously avoiding it because I've been too afraid of what would come up and not really sure how to get started. This really helpful. The relationship example that you gave at the beginning is exactly what I've been doing with a long-time friend for many years.

This is extremely helpful because like you said it's not easy to do, so this explanation makes it easier, at least to know HOW to go about it. Thank you for mentioning that it's a commitment to ourselves.

Thank you for this. There is a card in Alberto Villoldo and Colette Barron-Reid Shaman's Dream Oracle is perfect for journaling for this. Root Girl the Disowned Self. There are a few cards in that deck I am not crazy about but some including this one I find very powerful.

Thank you as always for your insights. You've helped me look at shadow work in a new way. We always like to think that the trauma we faced is a thing in the past and we've moved past it but then something comes up that triggers those emotions once again. It's nice to know that we're not alone.
I know this question isn't related to shadow work but I believe I remember in a past video that you've mentioned that you engage in necromancy ( if I'm wrong I apologize). Would you make videos sheding light on that and also on mediumship?
    Thanks again❤🙏

what if someone triggers you every day? i struggle with maintaining any kind of progress when it comes to healing mentally, emotionally, spiritually etc. because of my circumstances. i live with my abusive mom and her abusive boyfriend as a young adult and will have to live with them until i die if i cant figure things out. ik i need to do shadow work in order to produce a better 3D outcome but i can’t do that if i live with 2 of my biggest traumas. they re-trigger me every day and get worse with age. every day i wake up terrified they’re going to abuse me and gang up on me. it seems impossible to heal.
