I love this awareness meditation!!! Made me want to travel to Australia via Qantas Airline now amidst Covid. This is the first airline that provides such excellent and positive service!!
QANTAS how about an Indigenous theme meditation featuring Didgeridoo sound? It's such an iconic Australian sound and so mesmerising and would be beautiful honouring our first peoples.
Very good video. But is this meditation? There are two types of meditation, Mindfulness and Vipassana. Mindfulness is about building mindfulness with wisdom and Vipassana is seeing as they are or seeing clearly and not as people see with their self-conceit. Let us look at mindfulness meditation. There are four aspects, seeing body as body is, feeling as feeling is, mind as mind is and things that have mind as forerunner as things are. Now these videos have nothing of that sort. So how can anyone ever say this is Meditation?
Haha...cool... It is awareness meditation for beginners..we are on the plane now..some people need such calm guidance to enjoy the plane rideand not get into panic attack.
