I did start series Ballard and Bosch, but I really I think the female narrator really ruins the audiobooks, it just doesn't sound right for Michael Connelly's audiobooks, but I feel this way about any audiobooks. 💌🇨🇦

I have a silly question for you. While I am listening to this audio books and others,, I just try and move or touch my phone and it changes where I was listening, it either goes up or down but,sometimes I don't even touch my phone so I don't know if it was my shadow that moved it. I was just wondering is there anyway to know where I was at, before it moved. I know this sound crazy. In any case, I will listen to this from start again, likely many times. Thank you 💌🇨🇦

Narrator seems to have difficulty with “st sp and ss” containing words. Also audio breakdowns, gaps in a sentence which detracts from the story continuity.
I find the slight lisp quite charming, and does not detract from the story at all. The gaps for changes of disks are the price we pay for free audiobooks.
I am not here to praise you, because I find that the quality of the audio is very poor! First, there is a lost of background noise almost as if you are recording on to a pre-used tape. Second , there are way too many sudden silences lasting from a few seconds to several minuets, and when eventually the sound returns, the listener has missed quite a bit of the story. Thirdly, the listener is subjected to having to listen to a passage repeated, sometimes this repeat can last from a couple of minuets to fifteen minuets. This happens often and is SO very frustrating, it really kills the thread and any enjoyment of the story!👹☠💀👿

Cheep phone. The Motorola I had did the same thing. I upgraded to this Samsung, and I have fewer issues.
