The Pastor is right. Back when I used to rap and sing I was making music for the devil way back in high school. My rap group would rap and sing about money, cars, women, drinking and smoking. Never rapped about selling drugs nor murder because we didn't do that. Looking back on my old rap group I feel disgusted that I made those type of songs. In 2010 when I went to college my freshman in college I stopped making music. I was really getting closer to God. I was always a Christian, but I was lukewarm. I was 18 and got way closer to God. So I stopped making secular music and also stopped listening to secular music. I then turned to Christian music more specifically Christian rap. First Christian rapper I listened to was Lecrae. These days I regret that. I don't listen to mainstream Christian rappers like Lecrae and Andy Mineo. Bryson Gray, Tyson James, Kieran The Light, Isaiah Robin, Bryann T and the rest of KMF, Childlike CiCi are some of the Christian rap I listen to. NLE Choppa needs to stop rapping for the devil and rap for God. If I ever get back into rapping and singing I would be making Christian rap and R&B and I would be singing Gospel.
