I’m 24 years old and I think everyday I feel like dont know what to do. But hey here I am now, being 20s is hard but sometimes we forgot that there’s people who also feel the same. Thank you Natalie for making me realize that.
Totally relate to the feeling of being behind in my 20's and just constantly feeling like everyone else is doing more!! Just like you I don't feel that different compared to when I was in college but when I think about myself in freshman year, I've definitely changed soo much.
You just took me down memory lane! I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and then being from Raleigh and living in Cary, I always was on State's campus and going to football games. I love it, thanks for sharing!
I’m also 25 years old like you and I totally feel it! I feel so behind, but we have to remember that everything will happen at its own pace and no need to rush :)
I was helping out move college students move into their dorms a couple weeks ago in Raleigh where you drove by that traffic circle. Nice that you were able to come back in the Triangle area to help your siblings move in.
I graduated recently! I am 22 and omg I feel the same way of feeling behind and what life path to choose! Getting married, continuing school, moving away, and a job! So many choices that affect the outcome of our lives at this age. I’m glad I’m not the only one
I graduated from college in May and I definitely relate to what you were saying. A lot of people have gone to school every fall since they were 5/6 years old and now have to make a lot of decisions. It feels nostalgic seeing move-in videos but it is also nice to know we are moving forward to new chapters too.
I'm 20 and in university in Australia and can relate to that last part with 2 older siblings who are 24 and 26 in different phases of their life, always feels like they are ahead of me and doing the more exciting part of life
I relate so much to what you said at the end of your video! I'm 25 like you, but I've been feeling like I'm always behind in life when compared to my peers and it's not a great feeling
Wow your sister's apartment is so nice for a college apartment!! I'm 23 and relate to what you were talking about at the end of the video... going on Facebook and Linkedin is so unhealthy when all we see are people announcing their new jobs, getting engaged/married, announcing they have a child on the way, but we have to keep learning not to compare ourselves to others!
Great content, don't worry about your twenties because every person feels the same no matter what their age. We all have bucket lists of items that we want to do and yet life gets in the way sometimes and we can't do them. You'll look back on your life and say wow I wish or I'm glad I did. It's cold The game of Life
I graduated over a year ago and I'm still wondering if I'm adult. I did taxes, I pay my own rent, I cook/clean and it's like.... that's it? That's what being an adult is? But then I think about how I was 5 years ago and I am DEFINITELY not the same person.
100% agree with you. I started college at 17 I did not finish and moved to US by the age of 20 I was leaving w my bf like and “real adult” and I was comparing myself with my friends that left behind. Now they all have kids getting married and even though I was the first one to move out and got my own place, they are doing the same as me now or more “adults stuff”. I always feel behind.
Hi Natalie, Thanks for being so inspirational! I am twenty and currently in college. I move onto campus in a few days to begin my sophomore year. Anyway I totally relate to the whole feeling behind. I feel like it’s so easy to feel like you should be doing so much more and most times I feel like I’m under achieving but I am learning to be proud of my progress. Even when I am not doing things as big or as meaningful as some of my friends because we all have a place in this world and we are changing it even if it doesn’t seem like quite as big of a change as some people around us are making. Anyhow, thanks for the honesty and the wisdom. Love you! 🥰🤍
I feel the same way about college and how you feel in you mid 20s haha. I'll do track workouts at my college track and I see kids on campus now and I'm like wait, I still feel college aged but I'm 24 😂
I am from the Raleigh area and my younger sister also graduation from NC State in 2018. It's funny how you kept saying that you would probably be mistaken as a freshman because two of my college friends and I just went on a trip to our old college town and decided to look around campus one evening (Boone, NC Appalachian State University). Once we got there we realized there was an event for freshman going on in the student union and we were mistaken for freshman when we walked in and we are 29&30 years old so we are more than a decade older!

ugh moving to college is SUCH a pivotal time in your life, it’s awesome that you were able to help your siblings with those special moments 💞📚
I’m so happy I was able to!
