Always awesome to hear this ulimate melodic roch song again.... concernig the stupid talk if Talisman or Europe.....Talisman did not have the karma to an encouraged working label as Europe. Europe did an awesome job writig hits like "The final counddown", you have to if you want to earn money......at it was the right time for the right decision, talisman was too rocky.....cheers Sven
This came out in 1990. It was a huge hit in Sweden, but sadly the band was bounced from one indifferent record label to the other and never got the support they deserved. Super bassist Marcel Jacob (RIP) had written a lot of the material for John Norum's second solo album, but ended up using it in a band of his own.
The drummer is the singer in Poodles now. How ever in the video he play guitar from solo to the end. Just a fun thing. The other guitar player in video is Jason Biel from Saigon Kick.

Unfortunatelly they didn't managed to do more LP's, before the trash grunge attack...But anyway, they're a tight band with so powerful Riffs and Excellent guitars, Jeff Scott Soto's voice always Rocks, as Marcel Jacob(R.I.P.) do on the bass,(Perhaps the better Swede Bassist), and well-playing, positive drums... Yeah, i really fuckin Love TALISMAN...!!! CAUSE THEY ARE GREAT!!!
