Yo bro, it's been a couple years since this video but I wanted to say thanks for it. It really helped me understand the functional design of the equipment and how it's put together. Also how Isayama was thorough with it and made it make sense. I don't have a 3D printer but I made it work somehow with EVA foam and dollar store and hardware items.
That's great to hear I'm so glad that we could help inspire your gear I hope that our cosplay videos will continue to be helpful in your future projects!!
It depends! Mostly on your budget and space, but for beginners starting off with something on the cheaper end is always a good option. That way you aren't making a big financial commitment, So ender 3 pro or V2, Anycubic Vyper or prusa Mini.
I had to move them off etsy unfortunately :( Here is a new link however! cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/attack-on-titan-levi-odm-3d-maneuver-gear-season-4-3dmg-stl-files
@@crystallatticestudio thank you so much!! Do you have any recommendations on which 3D printer I should use? I’m looking to buy one and complete a Mikasa look for an anime convention in the summer.
well assuming you have a printer, the filament cost will be about $65- 100 depending on the quality of filament, slicer settings, infill, etc. You need nylon webbing for the harness which is about $25, and other than that all you need is zip ties and super glue!
@@scorpiocosplay3574 if you are talking about overall cost I believe the total is $195 USD including the STL files for the lower ODM gear. You could of course greatly reduce the price of filament cost by buying black or white filament only, but then you have to paint it so it might be more work in that regard.
this man deserves more likes and subscribers.

Hello everyone this is going to be a quick video
Lol! Compared to the runtime of the captured footage then I guess it does apply 🤣 although I reused the intro from my old tutorial.
@@crystallatticestudio ohhhh😂
What is the flexible bracket made out of
What about the arm rails
Can someone share the STL files? :o
Hey how long would it take to print this out
That mostly depends on your settings and nozzle size, but it should take about 1-2 weeks.
Which 3d printer do you recommend?
