I also filmed a big ol' homeware haul of uni essentials to hopefully give some kind of inspiration as to what every university house needs! Hey team! So somehow I forgot about time differences when scheduling this video and so it kindaaaa went up at 2am in the UK???? Oops.Anyway - i just wanted to say that I will reply to EVERY comment as always, but the WiFi is particularly rubbish at the hostel I’m staying at in Cambodia sooo there could be a slight delay. Hey Jack, it's pretty cool how fast your channel is growing man! I wanted to ask since I'm going to be attending Durham this year as an international foundation year student; is Gilesgate a bad place to be accomodated (I'm not using the uni accomodation), so is it too far from all the hotspots on campus? I know that there's a shuttle service every 15-20 minutes to uni but I'm still worried that it's too far...

It’s a little bit further out as most people live very very close to the centre of town, but not necessarily too far - most of my mates who go to other units live much further away from their campus than that!

I'm the only one of my friends not going to uni. I dropped out of sixth form due to my mental health. But i loved the idea of dorm rooms etc. Literally the only reason I wanted to go was because I love homeware!!! It's funny how you went to Argos and said it's like McDonald's whereas I thought the otherway round. I can't wait to move out solely for the purpose of homeware shopping and being independent. Bills and adulting isn't a wonderful thought!! Also, wonderful selection of alcohol. (Btw I found you channel because of Eve. You all live the lives I want! Travelling and are amazing at studying!)
I remember when I moved into my first apartment, 1st year of college. Complete chaos for 2 years 😂😂😂 now on my 2nd apartment... still chaotic but learned so much 😂

Put some soda crystals with hot water down the sinks and shower it might help keep them fresher. And ventilate in the winter or you will get mould, those old houses usually have a bit of damp.
