Question 1: How would the network design obtained in Activity 3 change if a new constraint is introduced which states that all five plants must stay open? Run this in solver and obtain the new production allocation. Attach the input and output tables as image files to your report and explain your observations.
Question 2: Is there a major difference in total cost between the optimal network design for TelecomOne and HighOptic individually (see activity 2), for TelcomOptic (see activity 3), and for the design requiring all the TelecomOptic plants to remain open (your answer to above Question 1)? What is another way to determine whether this is an efficient solution or not? Attach the input and output tables as image files to your report and explain your observations.

Really? A 360p video in 2020? So, we should feel lucky that the video is not in black and white?
