I dont understand why Selah aren't very well known. In my opinion, their music is waaaay better than majority of what I hear on the Christian radio here in North America.. Their instrument choices, vocals and lyrics are excellent. Its so easy to just close your eyes, lift your hands and worship God when listening to their songs.
It's such a comforting and Reassuring song. Forsaken by my husband and my children....came as a rude shock....in the midst of my pain, loneliness and tears...this song is nothing short of Heaven for me. Thank you Selah. Love Allen's voice🙏

Difficulty comes to each of us...I am so sorry for your losses, I know of similar pain. Sometimes it doesn't help when someone speaks of Jesus' Love for you when you cannot imagine it in your suffering. It becomes much easier to understand when we are aware of Jesus being forsaken by "all" with the exception of His Father and the Angelic Host, whom had to watch in mere unbelief of what He chose to go through on our behalf. He Loves you even in the midst of your pain..draw close to Him, as it is He alone whom wills to comfort you. Trust Him in the midst of this trial. Cry, and go through in Jesus' Christ strength..I praying for you. A Sister in Christ, we r family if He is your Heavenly Father!?
My first husband abandoned me and our unborn son during my first pregnancy. Now I'm remarried and my husband has a son who will be 20 in on October 14th. He adopted OUR son. We also have been blessed with identical twin daughters who will turn 18 five days before Christmas. God is so good. I'll pray for your heart.

My mom had a ruptured colon. The surgeon said it was one of the three worse cases he had seen. He was basically telling us she was going to die. But my mom wasn’t saved, and I prayed to Jesus saying… Jesus, people will say she’s going to a better place but you know that’s not true, my mom isn’t saved, please give her more time on this earth. My mom lived another 14+ years and was born again before she died. All the glory to Jesus. Praise his holy name. 🙌
Bless you & your sweet mama, I'm so glad she lived long enough to trust in Jesus -- now she IS in a better place! I pray every day for my older brother. He was saved at 10 y.o., but then strayed for many years. At 70, I'm not sure that he's on the road to heaven. I pray that God will not let him die before he's saved.

I am so sorry for what you went through and are going through. I know that God has been by your side. The Word of God on Psalms 34:18 says that that The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit. He went to the cross for you and by His strips He will heal you spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Remember that Jesus is your High priest, in Hebrews 4:14 -16 it says Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. He is with you 24/7. You will be in my prayers.
