Hi Sara, I cannot find the missing stitches on the SVP website. Since they have merged pages everything is missing. Any idea where else we can download them?
@@HeirloomCreations Would it be possible to share how to get the standard blanket stitch for me also? It’s the stitch I love to use for appliqué and can’t believe it’s not on the Topaz 50. I tried reaching out to their customer support and they told they can’t help me.
Dear HeirloomCreations, The blanket stitch is NO longer on the Sapphire 960Q Support & Updates web page. From where can I download this most useful complimentary stitch? Color me frustrated, as I have tried to find it for over 3 months now.
I Hi Mary , i just download it to my Mac. it is in my download file. I need to save it to the disk and running to my machine. Make sure you are register your machine.
Dear HeirloomCreations, Your videos are helpful. However, the link in this video on how to download a free blanket stitch (which is missing on the Topaz 50) does NOT list the Sapphire 960Q. Where can I get the stitch on the painfully slow-loading HusqvarnaViking website?
@@HeirloomCreations Thank you!!! Like other pages on this site, this page is only there a couple of seconds and then reverts back to the home page. Fortunately, the second time I opened it, I was able to quickly click the download link and save the stitches .zip file.
OK, it's me again. I downloaded the .zip file and extracted the 2 files: Fashion Stitch 3.sh7 and Hand-look Appliqué Stitch.sh7. I put them on my USB stick, went to my Topaz 50, inserted the USB stick, as per your instructions. I tapped on the topaz and then the folder. This brought up My Files. I tapped on My Files and saw the roll-down menu listing My Files and USB Device. I tapped on USB Device and the machine beeped at me - nothing else happened. It just beeps at me. Then I looked at my User Manual, pages 9:2 and 9:3. The .sh7 file extension is NOT listed as a supported File Format. Next??? Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you so much. Your videos are so well done and your explanations are so detailed. Awesome!
