Very nice, that was a fantastic watch! I'm not sure if you can solve this without knowing about the extra hidden regions, I'm very impressed you just figured those out on the go while solving, seemingly effortless.
As for this being the last puzzle, I released an Equality Cage Lockout Lines fusion (135) just a couple of days ago, and I don't think I have seen EquaLite with palindromes (109). There's also one each of Shifter Dots and Shifter Lines left (106+112). I do have a few puzzles that are complete that I haven't released for various reasons, and a few that are half-done, so there are more coming sooner or later.

After watching Sleuth's solve, and being reminded that in Windoku there are five extra regions, I found an easy break-in. Consider the "blue" region. The digits 1, 2, 3, 4 are used up by the two X's and the V. Thus the entry in R2C5 must be from 5,6,7,8,9. But this entry is consecutive with a digit from 1, 2, 3, 4. Hence the entry in R2 C5 must be 5. QED 🙂
I love Windokus - I wish they weren't so rare!

Love the QED but before I comment any further I need to know if you use the term "mathematics" or do you say "maths"?

I don't really get Sleuth's reasoning for the blue region (and others), but it's much simpler: rows 2-4 are 3 sets of 1-9, remove the two gray squares, and the remaining cells are 1 set of 1-9.

I always struggle with windoku, even knowing many of the tricks. Took me almost an hour. But I got it done without help.

25:10 and only because you helped me at the start. I should've remember the "rules" about windoku faster. But it was a good puzzle still. Pretty smart solve Sleuth! Thank you! 🤗

After giving this up as too hard, watched the next Wudoku which gave me a strategy and process. After seeing that, gave it a crack and got it sorted. Knowing the opening process to limit the extra regions is brilliant, and stops me looking at these blankly - I’m in your debt Sleuth!

An easy way to see the blue “hidden” region is to compare rows 2,3,&4 - 3 complete sets of 1-9. The two Windoku regions are two of those complete sets, so the remaining blue region must also be a complete set. And the same for the other “hidden” regions. 😄

20:45!! Yesterday I was completely baffled by this. Today I solved it easily using the colouring method described today (the video that follows this one). Such a clever puzzle and really fun when you have this strategy!!

    Nice puzzle.
The trick for this puzzle is that there are 4 more sets 1-9 outside the windows. It has been used several times during the solve.

i don't know why i consideredthat rows 2-4 columns 1 5 and 9 had to be a set of 1 to 9... and did not considered the same for it's vertical analogous

A lot of interesting windoku tricks with the five unmarked regions in this puzzle. The break-in in column 5 was quite nice! My time today was 11:37, solver 37.
