- Andrew Booker pleaded guilty to attempted murder Monday, admitting that he became so incensed over a broken bus that the tried to kill a guard in May 2020 at the Regional Transportation Center in Syracuse, N.Y. Booker will spend 18 years in prison under a plea agreement worked out directly with Onondaga County Judge Stephen Dougherty. Booker admitted to attempted murder and illegal weapon possession.

She was being aggressive because he wasn't answering the questions and trying to take control the call. If you call 911, be slow, answer each question shortly and precisely and let the operator take control.

A guy shoots innocent people in cold blood and somehow the 911 operator is the rude one? Try getting shot versus a not getting what you want from someone over the phone. See which one is more rude.
This operator needs training. She needs to be calmer and not rude or whatever this is..

This is how 911 and AAA both respond to emergencies. When you are in an emergency, you aren’t thinking clearly as it is. We need to employ better people with more empathy for these crucial roles.

This is why I hate 911 operators. They ask too many stupid questions and complain when the public doesn't speak up about things like this.
Can you imagine in your time of need when you call 911 you are not given any empathy?? This dispatcher needs to be retrained immediately!! I'd rather call the ghost busters then 911 if that's the response I get.
