This ALM automation is only available on managed environments. If you convert a unmanaged environment to managed environment you cant switch it back. So remember this before using the power platform ALM.

thanks for the video indeed helpful . I wondered if we can automate the deployment it self. i.e. if any Publish happened in Development automatically its deployed to QA at least not Production.

And I deploy a solution which having a Environment variable but while deploying it did not ask me to update the Environment variables.
