You have directly put the fondant 2d on top of cream cake. Doesn't the fondant start melting in some time? Please clarify

Yes I use fondant on whipped cream. The whipped cream I use is non dairy (replaced with vegtable fat). Also the fondant toppers should be previously made and dried.

Why did you take out a middle piece of the cake? You could have cut the cake in 2 halves first and then place them into 3-4 inches distance to set the line of the train.
