I would be very surprised if they had mass available in English. You might need to contact them and find out if they have something like this somewhere in the city, but I have a feeling this will be tough to find.
Hi Atul, I found both of my apartments in Niš on Airbnb. After renting them initially I negotiated with the owners to stay long term. This solution worked well for me when I moved there in 2019 :)
