Nice reaction. :) Queen Bee is band's name, singer is Avu-chan, she has very unique voice and her vocal range is insane! But I don't think it's falsetto. If I'm correct, falsetto is sound on unclosed vocal cords, but in her case it's full sound, so it's just her head voice. Like I said, insane vocal range. ;) There is also band's guitarist on acoustic guitar, Hibari-kun. If you want to hear more Avu-chan's insane high notes, I recommemd song "火炎" from The First Take, it's opening song from anime "Dororo" from 2019 (amazing anime), also acoustic version, in this song, both in studio version and The First Take version, she singing insanely high notes. And there is also one more song Avu-chan performed in The First Take and title is "BL" if you're interested.
I’ve watched a lot of vocal coaches on RUclips and it seems like not even the professionals have really agreed what distinguishes falsetto from head voice haha. Your definition makes sense to me! I think people are all working off of different definitions of it.
