I haven't been to Kuwait, only Saudi Arabia but I assume things are similar, bans aren't really a big deal as most shows and movies are pirated as it used to be legal and isn't enforced so a lot of people there watch south park
I am dissapointed that you only have done 2 have your long break and done 8 in total. I really started enjoying the South Park adaption. It's not easy finding episodes with English subtitles.

I also wished I could find an entire playlist that was translated because I am hooked to this series. This adaptation of South Park is really entertaining and I wish I could watch more with English subtitles.

its not really a rip off, its an adaptation because southpark used to be banned in the middle east and the creator was a big fan of southpark so he decided to make something similar to it and made it family friendly

The thing is, South Park is a political and social satire. They present issues in a way that's satirical, comedic, and adult. Block 13 also addresses issues in a comedic matter, but it is shown in a much more kid friendly manner. Though both shows display their commentary in the same way, they also present different issues regarding the country they're from (For example, South Park focuses more on Western/American/Global issues while Block 13 focuses on issues that are prominent in Kuwait/The middle east.) Not only that, the creator of Block 13 is a big fan of South Park lol. Overall, South Park makes fun of everybody. Regardless of Race, Ethnicity, Nationality, Gender, Sexuality, and Social status. While Block 13 does poke fun at Race and Nationality, it doesn't address the nuance of other issues that span across the globe. Since it focuses more on religion and national issues rather than worldwide ones. But honestly, both shows shouldn't be compared. Both of them are great in their own way :)
