Hi, sorry i will translate the message This movie present process simulate in combination of real plc program (Siemens Step7) I couple the PS cell directly to the real plc program. i present the syncronisation between PS and PLC step sequence. after 2 min i present the safety signals in plc. I connect the safe inputs as well to process simulate. Process Simulate send all standard and safe signals to plc. The PLC control the robots and send the sequence steps to PS. The robots in PS work with real robot program from plant. (robots check inference zone) i hope you can understand my workflow with PS
Lets assume that we have a cell with 4 robots and 4 spot welding guns, 100 spot weld points. Can the program give us a list of reachable spot weld points for each robot?

Hi Benjamin, i have a little problem in process simulate. i connnected TIA portal and process simulate and i can read signals coming from PS to TIA portal, but i cant write any signals (TIA portal cant write any signals) to process simulate. Do i need to allow this actions so i can write the outgoing signals from the PLCSIM advance ( Q0.0) or....
