This manga series is one of my top favorite manga of all time. Bones absolutely NAILED it with their animation and quality. The Mob Choir is the band who did the openings. They are made up of artists, producers, and other various cast of the show.
One Punch Man's second season wasn't *that* bad, it was just a huge downgrade from the first. MP100 is so much better because the first season is great and each subsequent season somehow gets better than the previous one.
At the heart of it it's actually a coming of age story, the main character just happens to have powers. But man this show is fantastic, the character growth is top notch. One of the few shows that's good from beginning to end
Do you know why it doesn't hit as hard? Because you haven't watched the show. The depth of the opening will show itself once you do instead of perceiving whatever is on the screen as random shit
