Those gold links are worth about a month or two of grinding alone for most on there lmfao. Everyone complaining about thieves on UO are going to make the server ACTUALLY unplayable to the point it will have neutralized a whole class due to noobs not being aware enough that they are being robbed. When shopping at the vendors it's almost guaranteed there are thieves lurking AND you literally have an option to send the item to your bank now, so there should be no reason something like that should be stolen in the first place.

Nailed it. Even if the option says send to bank, they are still raw dogging purchasing items. Not to mention, they don’t hide???

i dont think thieving will change at all. i mean its the reason they introduced the 'send to bank'. people always complain but theyre the ones that shouldnt be playing to begin with

No wonder there are 4000 online on this shard, while others servers are dying or dead. Because, probably, 3500 out of 4000 players are whiners, psychologically unstable people. Moreover, being 30-40+ years old, they still behave like children, whose toy was taken away. I can’t imagine, what they would do on a classic server, where there is full loot (including armor, painted cloth, and other artifacts). I think until the 1st death.
It’s funny to watch every day, how 10 mages with magiery and evalINT run to the gate in the dungeon from the 1st PK, instead of unanimously throwing a corpor ( or otther damage cast ) at the target and continuing to calmly farm.
    Just shame and boredom

The game is very damn near unplayable. There's too many reds. I suggest having a limit to how many reds can enter a dungeon per hour. I don't think this is by any means too much to ask for. So basically, set a limit to like 2 an hour or something. Please!

As much as I love these videos, big items being stealable off vendors like that just isn't good for long term health of the shard/playerbase. Yes, you can pay 5% and there's plenty of ways to protect yourself, but being able to lose this much on a single mistake is not good game design imo, especially when the best ways to protect yourself rely on intricate scripting/razor knowledge/obscure game mechanics and the risk/reward ratio is 0 for the thief (basic loadout, if at all if you die). Dungeon stealing feels much more fair gameplay. Just my 2 cents, even as a thief-enjoyer.

No. They made a choice not to pay the 5%. They took a risk and lost. There are consequences to actions.
