I loved the old steering wheel, even if this seems more functional. The engine progression seems to never stop! What are the main differences in power supply you found with P1?
Hi, thanks for posting the videos. Great that anyone can watch. I have a question about the steering wheel. The one on the car at Bahrain is very different from the one used elsewhere. Is this something that Ferrari wanted you to try? What was the reason for the change? And on the XX program are you allowed to refuse to test development parts? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks again for the videos...
as part of the EVO upgrade kit, they changed the steering wheel to look more like the 488 GT race cars. i like it better. we dont really test undeveloped parts, they have paid crash test dummies for that ;). some of the stuff on the XX cars might appear on road cars further down the road
Ahh, I see. That sort of development is generally made available to everyone rather than piecemeal. Apologies if I gave the impression that Ferrari were using you guys as “crash test dummies”. As someone who grew up racing karts and then single seaters (up to F3, though years ago) it is wonderful to see how open you guys on the Clienti program are when it comes to answering questions and posting footage. Ours is a wonderful sport often hidden behind “paddock clubs” and the idea of exclusivity...all the best
Love your videos, the footage always looks great. You've had the pleasure of driving some amazing machines on some incredible tracks! Thanks for sharing
Alexander West awesome! So in the dry would you say it’s better than the standard fxxk mechanical grip wise? Or about the same? I’m sure it has more aero grip
@@alexcambata8724 sameish, little bit lighter, better tyre compound so on the margin after för sure. But it is in medium to high speed you feel the difference
It isn't. You can't compare. This was in daylight so pretty hot, it had rained in the night so track was not as grippy. I had almost a full tank. Made a big mistake on the fastest lap, had some traffic. Anything within 2s difference is too close to call
@@AlexanderWest oh, didnt know those things. sry for that. From your videos, it was 297 kph for the fxx k evo at the end of the straight and it is slower than p1 gtr's 304 kph.
Damn, saw the EVO last year at Spa, but from the inside it looks even more menacing!
Thanks for turning the camera a bit more to the left, now we can see the kers deploy. 🏁
coolest guy on RUclips ever
Driving that cars and not to share that happiness with world is like you have a chocolate and eat it all by your self!

The FXXK EVO an iconic masterpiece, Prefection, Prestige, Passion, Scuderia Ferrari
What are your top 5 favourite tracks, Alexander?
You know how to have fun, that's for sure! Awesome videos!
Thanks for posting!
Are you coming this year to Silverstone?
XX program is not
What does low SOC mean on the rear mirror? Man I love the sound of a V12 Ferrari
that i have used up all the KERS....;)
Congrats on the new car!
Is there any excessive drone in the car? And I saw on the COTA Website, the XX program is coming to Texas?

One good thing about turbo charged power unit is that, you never need to worry about managing the e power source hahaha
😍😍😍
I know gt3 cars beat fxxk in corners, but what about fxxk evo?

CORSE CLIENTI ARE THE BEST !!! dont never forget this .....
dont never? ;)
;) you understood ......
Hey Alexander can u explain how the KERS system works please?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinetic_energy_recovery_system
Do you pretty much have to leave the TC on? Or is it still manageable with the TC off?
Depends on track and grip levels. In dry tc1 or off. At Monza it was off at Bahrain 1.

Question, does it have air conditioning?
yes
what is the red light on the dash triggering at 1:54?
It's the Kers. Turn on when he push the blue button on the steering wheel. Added instant power, it's like an "electric NOS"
What was the lap time?
2.01 I think
@@AlexanderWestwasn't the road legal valkerie faster than this?
Don't know, it is hard for cars on road tyres to beat cars on slicks
why its slower than p1 gtr with more power?? can't understand...

@@Protein_isgood ibhit 300 once. Top speed could week be P1GTR. It has a DRS. But around the track think this is quicker
@@AlexanderWest thanks for the kind and detailed comment!
hope you enjoy the rest of XX programmes!
how does this feel compared with the fxx k?
More like a race car. Better tyres, more downforce. Still lots of fun
