Misrepresentation done due to negligence with no intention to deceive does the other party who is prejudice to another and suffered loss is eligible for claims from another party who got profited due to misrepresentation?
Ma'am with due respect in first part of the section, the positive assertion is made by the person who himself is confused whether the statement is true or not but he confidently portrays it as true
