I honestly think phantom attack lord x (pixel part) is better than regular lord x. Phantom lord x has some sort of monstrous static voice while original lord x is literal static
They are the same, a lot of people don’t apply the proper filters to lord X though (see this video ruclips.net/video/LbBiUixkrI4/видео.html)

although, i think rocco dont pitched correctly lord x in the pixel part because hes still on his faker form, and pitched him correctly on the next turn because hes already in his real form
